The Centre carries out rehabilitation activities for children with disabilities, for children under the age of 3 (inclusive), who belong to the risk group for getting a disability, with diseases of the nervous system (infantile cerebral palsy, paresis), with the consequences of injuries, neuroinfections, mental disorders , speech, with hereditary diseases.

The Centre provides temporary stay in daytime, round-the-clock modes. It is possible to receive services at home for children with severe complex health disorders. 

Indications for treatment at the Centre: 

• Organic diseases of the central nervous system: pre- and prenatal lesions; children's cerebral palsy, paresis and hyperkinesis of other origins; speech disorders and mild forms of mental retardation. 
• Epilepsy. Diseases of the peripheral nervous system (consequences of injuries, neuroinfections). Congenital neuromuscular diseases and other genetic diseases. 
• Autonomic dysfunction syndrome. 
• Orthopedic diseases that do not require surgical treatment. 
• Other disabling diseases with concomitant disorders of the nervous system, psyche, speech.
