Vyshyvanka Day Celebrated at the “Revival” Centre
A warm and heartfelt celebration of Vyshyvanka Day took place at the “Revival” Centre - a day that unites Ukrainians around their love for native culture, traditions, and spiritual heritage.
Children, parents, and staff of the Centre wore colourful vyshyvankas (traditional embroidered shirts) and took part in creative activities, games, and a festive program. The atmosphere was filled with joy, smiles, and pride in Ukrainian traditions.
A vyshyvanka is not just clothing, but a symbol of unity, strength, love for Ukraine, and the connection between generations. In Ukraine, Vyshyvanka Day is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of May, and the holiday aims to promote Ukrainian culture and national values.
We sincerely thank everyone who joined the celebration and brought joy and unforgettable emotions to the children!
