One of them is Marina Efimenko, who, along with other children affected by the Chernobyl accident, was a patient of the Center. Since then, more than 16 years have passed. But in the child's memories, the girl has forever kept a fantastic atmosphere that attracts children in the Center, useful and pleasant procedures, interesting lessons, organized for children by the Center's staff. Feel yourself a human at the center of the Revival

Every child dreams of a fairy tale in which only goodness, justice and compassion prevail. In our time, this tale is very difficult to find, but it is possible. It can be found at the Center of the Revival, which was established in Chernihiv in 1986 by the efforts of pediatricians with the assistance of foreign sponsors. The Center is headed by the candidate of medical sciences, Honored Doctor of Ukraine - Pasichnyk Vasyl Ivanovich. The institution operates in the form of a day care institution. Children are in the center for 4-6 hours. During this time they undergo complex rehabilitation, and they are provided with one meal. Rehabilitation course - 24 days. During the period of functioning of the center, there were effective complex rehabilitation of about 5000 children who were seriously ill. Today, the "Revival" has the opportunity to provide social assistance to families of disabled children. If necessary, they are provided with orthopedic appliances, wheelchairs, hygiene products. On the basis of the Center an early medical and social rehabilitation department for children with special needs was opened.

Highly qualified specialists work in the "Revival": neurologists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, physiotherapists, exercise therapy physicians, speech therapists, psychologists, middle medical staff, teachers who use modern methods of rehabilitation in their work, including "Montessori-therapy", reflex and manual therapy.

For medical and social rehabilitation the Center has modern domestic and foreign equipment. Specially selected furniture, simulators, medical examination devices, musical instruments, and more.

The institution has foreign sponsors. Mills couple - George and Marion Mills - founders of the organization "British Aid for Deprived Children of Ukraine". In "Revival" Millses are always welcomed guests. They provide humanitarian aid in the form of medical equipment, clothes, hygiene products, medicines, toys, etc.
