Harvest Festival
There is a tradition at the "Revival" Centre - to organize a Harvest Festival together with children, parents, and employees.
The idea of this Holiday appeared in 2016, since volunteers from Anglia Ruskin University, as part of the "Blooming Country - Happy Child" project, set up mini-gardens on the territory of the Centre, where children plant a variety of vegetables every year.
The method of garden therapy involves the active involvement of children in work in nature with the aim of acquiring practical skills and abilities in growing, caring for plants, popularizing the use of vegetables and fruits.
The goal of the teaching staff in preparing for the event is to make it interesting and rich, understandable and accessible to every child.
This year, many ideas were collected, among which there were fun games and songs about vegetables and fruits, contests and master classes. And the Holiday ended with a treat with generous gifts of Autumn.
The holiday was sunny, warm, bright. All those present received a lot of positive emotions, and the children had meaningful leisure time.
