"Free children in free Ukraine"
Festive events dedicated to Children's Protection Day, celebrated at "Revival" Centre on May 31, took place under this slogan.
Event organizers prepared a rich program, which included: a charity fair, children's drawing on the asphalt, a festive concert, greeting children with gifts and sweets.
The charity fair was very active. Various items, jewelry, handmade souvenirs were put up for sale. They were made by children and teachers in correctional rooms. The collected funds will be transferred to bring closer the biggest dream of every Ukrainian - victory. During the drawing on the asphalt, the children drew their wishes and dreams, reflected their desire to live in a peaceful, free and united Ukraine. At the end of the competition, the yard of the centre was filled with patriotic colors of children's drawings, incredibly sincere and sunny. The children responded to the greetings of the adults with a bright concert.
Young artists with songs and dances wished everyone who gathered in the festive hall a good mood, kindness, a peaceful sky and a happy fate. The childhood holiday ended with a beautiful Ukrainian song and a joint dance. Valentina Lugova, Director of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, came to congratulate the children, who noted that in difficult times for our country, we continue to carry out the daily work of rehabilitation, constantly taking care of children. She thanked the staff of the centre, headed by Vasyl Pasichnyk, for their care of children, active help in solving social problems of the city and region. During the siege of Chernihiv, more than 100 people found salvation and shelter in the centre. Incredible gratitude to Kryla Krainy BF for caring for children, warm hearts and kind souls! Benefactors greeted the children with fruits and sweets.
Special thanks to the English friends and benefactors of the organizations "Felsted Aid for Deprived Children", "TEECH" and others, who constantly worry about the fact that children receive good gifts on this day.
