Children have the opportunity to receive services in the form of several modes, depending on the wishes of parents and the peculiarities of the child's development. They are:

• day stay on a permanent basis in the departments of early rehabilitation (habilitation) or social rehabilitation of the regional center, designed for 128 children;
• round-the-clock accommodation during the rehabilitation course (up to 21 days) in the round-the-clock department of the regional center, designed for 65 beds (including 3 beds for children with palliative diseases);
• social (home) care, which satisfies 50 children with severe mental and physical disabilities at their place of residence.
    The Revival Rehabilitation Center provides services to 30 children simultaneously in the form of a 21-day rehabilitation course, with a day visit. Children from other cities have the opportunity to live around the clock with an accompanying person in specially equipped rooms in the center.
